We are currently in the process of enrolling with PA Medicaid/ODP waiver services. This is a lengthy process and takes time. In the meantime, we accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and Venmo. This is discussed during the initial 15 minute consultation.

Meeting frequency is determined by the individual’s service needs. Contacts may include in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual sessions, with all interactions documented according to compliance standards.

All client information is handled according to HIPAA and FERPA privacy standards. Records are confidential and only shared with authorized parties as required for care coordination and service delivery.
